The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Process Operator to join our production team and support the safe, efficient manufacture of chemical products including powders and fluids. This role plays a critical part in meeting production targets, maintaining quality and compliance standards, and supporting continuous improvement across our production processes. You will operate plant and machinery, prepare raw materials, and pack finished goods while ensuring all work is completed in line with safety, quality and operational requirements.
You will be responsible for operating and controlling production equipment, ensuring batches are produced safely, accurately and on time. Other responsibilities include;
· Operate and monitor plant machinery to manufacture chemical powders and fluids
· Prepare raw materials and packaging in line with batch sheets and production plans
· Ensure production equipment is clean, calibrated and correctly set before each batch
· Manufacture allocated batches safely and within defined turnaround timeframes
· Troubleshoot basic production and equipment issues and escalate as required
· Accurately record production data using ERP systems and batch documentation
· Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve efficiency

You are a reliable and capable operator with a strong safety mindset and attention to detail. You take pride in producing quality work and enjoy working in a structured, process-driven environment.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar production or process operator role
* Experience working with plant, machinery and chemical production processes
* Forklift licence essential
* High Reach experience preferred
* Strong understanding of safety, quality and compliance requirements
* Ability to follow procedures and work autonomously
* Basic computer literacy and confidence completing production documentation
* Willingness and ability to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen and National Police Clearance.
