Conveniently located off the M1 South, this newly created role is paying $200k & Super, with a company vehicle & annual bonus structure.
Reporting to the CEO, you will drive success across 3 divisions of the business, focusing on future readiness, continuous improvements, profitable manufacturing and timely project delivery.
The requirements to be considered for this role are;
* Senior leadership experience within fabrication or heavy engineering environments
* A strong understanding of structural steel, heavy equipment manufacture, and industrial coatings
* Mechanical or fabrication trade background
* Contract management and business project experience
* Strong financial acumen and strategic planning experience
* The ability to drive cultural change and influence collaboration
