About the role
As the administration officer human resources youll play a key role in supporting our HR team and employees across the organisation. Reporting to the Team Leader Human Resources this position is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience and a genuine interest in building a career in HR.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to :
providing high-quality administrative support to the human resource team
monitoring and reporting on monthly employee compliance
maintaining accurate and up to date employee compliance records and ensuring data integrity
managing HR inboxes and responding to queries
overseeing the production of employee ID cards and name badges
