The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise inOracleand other ERP platforms, strong delivery leadership skills, and a consulting mindset.
Role Overview:As aCustomer Delivery Manager, you will own the delivery lifecycle for critical client engagements, ensuring alignment between project execution, business goals, and long-term customer success.
You will lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, delivery governance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP and enterprise application projects with a focus on Oracle (Cloud or On-Prem) and related platforms.
Build strong, strategic client relationships—acting as the key delivery liaison and trusted advisor.
Ensure project timelines, budgets, and scope are aligned and managed effectively.
Drive successful adoption, integration, and value realization for enterprise applications.
Collaborate with internal practice leads, solution architects, and customer success teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Anticipate risks, manage escalations, and drive resolution strategies proactively.
Contribute to practice development, delivery methodologies, and team mentoring.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in enterprise software consulting, including delivery leadership roles.
Deep functional and/or technical knowledge of Oracle ERP (EBS, Fusion Cloud), and exposure to other platforms like SAP, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and programs across multiple stakeholders and business units.
Strong understanding of delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall).
Excellent communication, client management, and leadership skills.
Experience working within a consulting/professional services environment is essential.
