Our organisation seeks a seasoned Station Operations Manager to spearhead our Darwin team on a full-time basis.
In this key role, you will oversee the operational aspects of the station and be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing fleet, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the station with efficiency and effectiveness
* Control station costs to achieve financial targets through astute management practices
* Oversee all aspects of staff management including recruitment, performance management, and training
* Lead a team to promote a positive culture that fosters collaboration and innovation
* Identify opportunities to increase initiatives within the location
* Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase profitability
* Optimise vehicle utilisation and fleet availability to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements:
* Proven experience in the car rental industry or a similar field
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as intermediate computer skills
* Financial literacy and the ability to drive station revenue growth
* The ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a resilient attitude
* Fleet management experience is highly desirable
* A valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record
* Current and ongoing Australian work rights
