Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic Insurance division, a role where you will be instrumental in driving our revenue growth and expanding our market presence. This isn't just about managing a portfolio; it's about becoming a trusted partner to our clients, using your expertise to solve their biggest challenges with our innovative solutions.

* Lead with solutions, not just sales. Dive deep into our clients' business needs, acting as a consultant who aligns our unique capabilities with their strategic goals.
* Be a key driver of growth. Hit and exceed revenue targets, directly impacting the success of our claims products and solutions.
* Build and nurture powerful relationships. Serve as a primary point of contact for key decision-makers, building trust and ensuring long‐term client satisfaction through sophisticated relationship management.
* Execute with precision. Manage the sales lifecycle from end to end, including accurate forecasting, reporting, negotiating and closing deals. Provide insights valuable to leadership and analytics teams.
* Stay ahead of the curve. Proactively research industry trends and market conditions, articulating our value proposition and identifying new opportunities.
* Collaborate for success. Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to introduce new solutions and pinpoint market opportunities, contributing to the overall regional strategy.
* Adhere to workflow and tool processes to ensure transparency for sales leadership.
* Ensure ongoing compliance with our policies, processes, and practices.
Job Qualifications
* Proven Sales Acumen: Successful track record of selling SaaS solutions. A closer who understands complex sales cycles, with strong business and technical acumen.
* Professional Execution: Background in business planning and a full understanding of the client value chain. Strong business and technical acumen.
* Execution Focus: Ability to drive business strategies while balancing tactical execution; ability to effectively coordinate matrix resources.
* Adaptability & Drive: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, ensuring consistent delivery against conflicting demands.
* Exceptional Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.
* Experience in insurance, property insurance, building repair, property claims, or restoration is desirable.
