**Job Description**:
Join our Talent Experience Team in Waterloo as a dynamic and collaborative HR Business Partner. In this role, you will work closely with the Team Experience Operations Manager to create and implement effective people strategies that align with the BU's financial position, organisational plans, and business goals. As a go-to expert on all matters related to people, you will immerse yourself fully in your designated business area and establish yourself as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders. Your consultative approach and strong drive will be key to your success in this role.
- Build strong consultative relationships with Line Managers to partner with them to provide expertise, advice and support across all areas of the employment lifecycle including onboarding, retention, development, performance management, reward and recognition
- Provide a comprehensive range of operation support to Line Managers in areas such as Awards interpretation, employment law, etc
- Collaborate with Winning Academy Team and Line Managers to deliver employee engagement and development strategies.
**Qualifications**:
You are an HR Business Partner with 3-5 years' experience in dynamic environments, with a solid consultative approach and the ability to build trustworthy relationships with different stakeholders. You will ideally possess tertiary qualifications in HR, Business Law, Psychology or similar. You will also have:
- Experience in interpreting Modern Awards
- Knowledge of the FairWork Act, National Employment Standards and relevant employment law for each state
- Eager to learn and challenge the status quo
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
