We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to provide operational support to our consulting team.
The ideal candidate will be at the centre of candidate management, database administration, and other key tasks.
* Provide high-quality administrative support to consultants and the broader team.
* Assist with candidate registration, testing, onboarding, and induction tasks.
* Conduct telephone interviews and schedule candidate bookings.
* Support volume recruitment activities including assessment centres.
* Manage candidate timesheets and resolve payroll queries.
* Maintain accurate records in our database.
* Liaise with candidates and hired workers regarding performance and site matters.
* Assist with sourcing, reference checks, and general admin duties.
