They will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of these programs, gather feedback, and make improvements as needed. Building strong relationships with external partners to ensure compliance with regulations is essential and the role also involves preparing reports, presentations, and other communications, while using technology to enhance engagement and learning. You will be someone who can manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and work effectively with a diverse range of people. You should have a keen interest in continuously improving educational programs and be adaptable to changing priorities and requirements.Qualifications - DesirableExperience in event management, including site logistics and supplier management.Experience in developing and delivering educational materials and communications for diverse audiences.Good knowledge of legislative frameworks regulating transport safety and marine operations, both at state and national levels, as well as international standards and conventions.Proficiency in leveraging technology tools and platforms to enhance communication.Role Specific RequirementsFull Driver’s License and willingness to drive a van and trailerRegular weekend work of approximately one weekend per month with flexibility to work additional weekends as needed.
