Position Description
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties;
High volume invoice processing
Ensuring timely payment of supplier invoices through the payment runs
Reconciliations
Setting up new vendors and suppliers
Handle queries with both internal and external stakeholders
Ad hoc tasks to assist the broader finance team as required
Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will have the following attributes:
Proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable role
Demonstrated ability to confidently work autonomously as well collaboratively in a team environment
Keen desire to roll up your sleeves and hit the ground running
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritise own work, and have excellent time management skills
Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
