Role Perspective
As our Multimedia Manager (Content Creator/Videographer), you will play a pivotal role in executing brand and sale campaigns across a variety of traditional and online mediums, creating engaging on-brand content, and producing high-quality videos that communicate our company's values and expertise. You will storyboard, capture footage, edit videos, produce quality designs in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with the Brand and Online teams.

We're on the hunt for a creative, quick-thinking Multimedia Manager (Video Editor/Content Creator) who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content — fast. If you love making videos that people actually watch and share, and you thrive on producing content at scale. As a key part to the Marketing, Online and the Design team, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate who is seeking a new and diverse challenge. This is a rare opportunity to join this close-knit team.
You will be generating a wide range of digital and video media, with a keen eye for detail and development of creative content within a style guide. You will be responsible for the idealisation and development for each campaign and efficient at managing people and projects.
You may be called on to create styles for new brands as well as collaborations with existing internal brands.

What You'll Be Doing
· Creating unique and engaging content to promote the Newfurn brands, including (but not limited to), videos, graphic design, interviews, live video content, training vignettes and advertising content.
· Storyboarding
· Creating high-volume, quick-turnaround content that's polished, engaging, and on-brand.
· Collaborating with the marketing and online teams to bring creative ideas to life.
· Schedule and implement Australasian campaign content, via traditional and online advertising mediums.
· Still photography and drone imagery where needed.
· Optimising all videos for maximum reach and engagement.
· Staying ahead of social media video trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
· Editing and producing short-form videos for social media.
What You Bring
· 2–3+ years of experience in video editing/content production (agency or in-house)
· Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Da Vinci Resolve Studio and a basic understanding of AI products such as Gemini (Flow) and Sora.
· Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality content at speed without sacrificing creativity
· Strong understanding of social media platforms and what drives engagement
· An eye for storytelling, pacing, and design
· Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise own workflow.
· Comfortable working in ambiguity and able to stay agile in a fast-changing environment.
· Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· The ability to keep a cool head and meet deadlines.
· Collaborative team player.
· The ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
· Proven experience thinking outside of the box and creating fresh content.
· Ability to work with in house and third-party designers.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Previous work experience in retail field is highly desirable.

Location
This is a full-time role working at our Head Office in
Rowville
Victoria. This role does not allow for any working from home.
