Our client, a major infrastructure contractor, is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to support a renewable energy construction project in South Australia.
About The Role
Based on a large wind farm construction project, you will support site operations by coordinating administrative activities, maintaining project documentation and assisting with site logistics.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Provide administrative support to the project leadership team
* Coordinate onboarding and mobilisation of employees and subcontractors
* Maintain records of licences, compliance documentation and training requirements
* Support timesheet collection and submission for payroll processing
* Coordinate travel, accommodation and site rosters for project personnel
* Assist procurement processes including purchase orders and delivery tracking
* Manage project documentation, registers and site correspondence
* Support HSE compliance documentation and incident records
* Liaise with internal teams including HR, payroll and procurement
Requirements
* Experience working as a site or project administrator within construction or infrastructure
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
* High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
* Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to work independently while supporting a large project team
