Executive Chef Position
Job Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished and motivated Executive Chef to assume a key role in our food operations. This position is responsible for collaborating with the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute menu plans in collaboration with the Head Chef.
* Source high-quality ingredients from suppliers while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
* Ensure impeccable food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards.
* Supervise kitchen staff and promote a positive team environment.
Requirements:
* At least 4 years of experience as an Executive Chef or equivalent role.
* Ability to work independently on weekday nights.
* Proficiency in French cuisine and Euro-centric menu concepts.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
