About the Role:
 * Develop a business development plan to achieve sales objectives and market expectations.
 * Foster strong relationships with clients to be viewed as the first choice supplier.
 * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and HSEQ protocols.
 * Lead generation and qualification.
 * Identify and nurture strategic leads.
 * Accountable for business sales plans, sales revenues and profit expectations.
 * Involved in process and procedure development for improved business performance.
 * Drive revenue growth from existing and new customers.
 * Develop strategic business plans for market leadership.
 * Establish us as the preferred supplier to chosen clients and market segments.
 * Cultivate close working relationships with management and personnel.
 * Ensure business growth objectives are met through innovative solutions and applications.
 * Establish effective systems for market intelligence, customer trends and competitor activity.
 * Grow sales figures for the mining WA division.
 * Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
 * Perform other duties as required.

Core Competencies & Skills:
 * Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, account management or business development.
 * Strategic management, interpersonal and leadership skills.
 * Strong commercial and business acumen.
 * Excellent negotiating and communication skills.
 * Current c-class Driver's License.
 * Demonstrated knowledge of equipment and plant range.
 * Highly developed communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
 * Proven ability to manage outcomes and expectations.
 * Friendly, outgoing and professional demeanor.
 * Results driven and highly organised.
 * Strong analytical capability.
 * Able to pass a pre-employment medical and DAS assessment.
 * Computer literate.
 * National Police Clearance.
 * Organisational and multi-tasking skills.
