We're looking for a commercially focused Digital Creative Strategist to bridge the gap between creative output and marketing performance. This role blends hands‐on design with strategic thinking, focused on producing digital content that not only looks strong but drives measurable commercial results across multiple online channels.
* Brisbane (open to relocation within Australia)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering digital creative that directly contributes to business growth. You'll work across a mix of channels including paid social, email, and onsite experiences, creating content designed to capture attention and convert customers. A key part of your role will be understanding what drives performance – using campaign data, engagement metrics, and revenue outcomes to inform what you create next (ROI, CTR, CVR).
You'll also contribute to the broader creative direction, helping shape how content is delivered across the customer journey. This includes refining messaging, improving user engagement, and identifying opportunities to increase return on marketing spend. You'll regularly test new ideas, iterate quickly, and use insights to continuously improve output. Alongside this, you'll utilise motion, video, and emerging tools to produce high‐quality content at pace.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE
* Strong understanding of how creative impacts ROI and commercial outcomes
* Ability to work with marketing data and campaign insights to guide decisions
* Confident in motion design and video editing
* Proficiency across design tools (e.g. Adobe Suite, Figma or similar)
* Background in ecommerce or digitally‐led consumer brands preferred
* Understanding of social and digital platforms and how content performs across them
* Experience working in fast‐paced, test‐and‐learn environments
* Ability to balance creative quality with speed and output
