Own the front door. Drive performance. Ensure commercial sustainability.
At HCO, we are transforming how we deliver services—and we’re looking for a Client Access Lead
to lead our most commercially critical function.
This is not a traditional intake role.
This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for ensuring services are financially viable,
operationally deliverable, and aligned to NDIS requirements—from first enquiry through to
onboarding.
About the role
You will lead the Client Access function, own the end-to-end client lifecycle and ensure every service is designed with commercial integrity, compliance and operational clarity.
You will be responsible for:
• Leading the Client Access team and driving performance, accountability and outcomes
• Managing demand, pipeline and conversion of enquiries into viable services
• Ensuring services are accurately costed, priced and aligned to NDIS funding
• Monitoring utilisation, revenue integrity and funding risk
• Interpreting NDIS plans, pricing arrangements and guidelines into structured service
agreements
• Translating complex funding and contractual requirements into clear operational
workflows and handovers
• Reducing unfunded support risk and improving financial sustainability
• Acting as the escalation point for complex client, funding and stakeholder matters
• Driving data-informed decision-making using ERP systems and reporting tools
• Embedding continuous improvement across systems, processes and performance
About you
You are a commercially astute, analytically strong leader who thrives in complexity and takes ownership of outcomes.
You will bring:
• Strong experience in NDIS funding, pricing and service agreement development
• Demonstrated commercial acumen, including revenue, margin and utilisation
management
• Advanced analytical capability, including strong Excel/spreadsheet and ERP system
skills
• Ability to interpret complex funding frameworks and translate them into practical,
scalable service models
• Experience managing competing priorities in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capability, including working with
ambiguity
• Ability to clearly communicate funding constraints, assumptions and service structures
to clients and stakeholders
• Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement capability
Why join us
• Lead a commercially critical function at the centre of our operating model
• Shape how services are designed, priced and delivered
• Be part of a transformational organisation-wide change
• Work in a team focused on accountability, performance and outcomes
