About the Roles
- Section Waiters: Deliver attentive, knowledgeable table service in a premium setting.
- Runners: Deliver food and beverages to tables and assist with guest needs.
- Bartender: Craft exceptional drinks with flair, consistency, and efficiency.
- Hosts: Welcome and seat guests, managing reservations and ensuring a seamless first impression.
- Pass Caller: Coordinate the flow of dishes from kitchen to floor, ensuring timing and presentation meet our exacting standards.

About You
- Holds a current VIC RSA.
- Has prior experience in a similar role within high‑quality restaurants, bars, or hotels.
- Thrives in fast‑paced, service‑driven environments.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills and a robust guest focus.
- Works well both independently and as part of a team.
