A Food & Beverage Supervisor in glass brasserie will be responsible for supervising the operations of this fine dining restaurant to deliver an excellent guest and team member experience while working with the team to ensure departmental targets are met.
What will I be doing?
A glass brasserie Food and Beverage Supervisor will be required to communicate and delegate tasks to the team to ensure departmental targets are achieved. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
* Supervise the glass brasserie operation
* Ensure compliance with brand standards
* Manage guest queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
* Represent the needs of the team
* Assist management with achieving financial targets
* Assist management with the recruitment, training, and development of team members
* Assist with annual and mid-year appraisals of team members
* Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation
* Be environmentally aware
* Assist other departments where necessary and maintain good working relationships

* Previous Food and Beverage experience

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
* Previous experience in hotel industry or fine dining
* Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
* Previous experience in supervising and/or delegation
* Willingness to develop team members and oneself
