Patient Services Officer
Overview
Customer-focused administration role supporting patients, visitors and clinical staff, ensuring smooth patient journeys through high-quality administrative support, coordination and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Provide frontline customer service via phone, email and in person, including reception and visitor assistance.
Act as primary contact for the department and ensure accurate message and information transfer.
Collect, record and update patient demographic and admission information using hospital systems.
Support patient flow by coordinating admissions, discharges, transfers and related documentation.
Book and coordinate patient appointments, clinics and procedures, including wait-list management.
