The role
We are looking for Screen Media Product Manager to work withinour East Region Screening Business Line team in the CNS Business Area.
The role located within APA will join our East region screening team and be responsible for developing the business working closely with our market areas and sales channel partners to ensure the development of the SCB business throughout the region, the East region delivery team on setting up, organizing and optimizing our supply channels, global and regional engineering to ensure our offering meets the customer's needs, and capital engineering to ensure we have cross functional alignment.
Main Responsibilities include :
* Develop screening media site support for key customer installations, (EF)
* Grow install base by winning major screening media tenders.
* Develop Metso Screening media to meet the market demands and expectations
* Drive supply chain improvements to meet market expected lead times
* Grow market trust through business case product awareness
* Regional product development and management
* Spares and media quotation support
* Regional product strategies and action plans
* Application support and media selection proposal support
* Sourcing strategies and management in unison with the delivery team
* Tier 2 technical support
* On site support to market areas and sales channels
* Product support
The successful candidate will :
* Language skills : Fluent English essential; other language skills are seen as bonus.
* Leadership experience : Proven track record of leading people and business operations
* 10+ years or more experience on related products, services, and industries
* Proven track record of leading change
* Willingness to take ownership and carry responsibility.
* Technical / Commercial degree (MSc, BSc, MBA)or equivalent experience
* Ability to organize, prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously.
* Strategic leadership experience
* Ability to network and interact with a wide range of people with different backgrounds.
* Ability to develop people and solutions to meet future requirements.
* Possess capabilities for fast reaction and response time.
