About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Group Leader to oversee a group for children aged 4 - 5. You'll motivate and support a team while creating engaging experiences for young learners. This role requires flexibility with shifts and availability to act as Responsible Person when required.

Requirements
Working towards or hold a valid Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Previous experience leading a group in an early learning setting
Willing and able to act as Responsible Person when required
Flexible with shifts: availability across operating hours
A valid WA Working with Children Check
