About the Role
* You will be the voice of our customer-centric approach, handling high volumes of inbound calls and providing positive customer experiences while achieving sales and retention outcomes where required.
Responsibilities
* To provide exceptional customer service, you must use effective communication skills to build rapport and engage customers in meaningful conversations.
* You will offer a range of general insurance products – Motor, Home, CTP insurance and NRMA Roadside Assistance – to help customers find the right solutions for their needs.
* To ensure we are available when our customers need us, you may be required to work flexible hours and adapt to changing circumstances.
Qualifications
* We are based in Perth, but remote work options may be available for successful candidates.
* The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy and multi-tasking abilities, as well as self-motivation and resilience to perform at their best under pressure.
* A solution-oriented mindset is essential for success in this role, as you will be expected to identify problems and develop creative solutions to meet customer needs.
