The role:
Supporting a Senior Property Manager in the management of a tidy, well maintained portfolio of approximately 160 properties, this person will provide a high level of administrative support and Tenant liaison. We are seeking someone with at least 6-12 months experience in Property Management, a passion for helping people, and providing good customer service.
Daily asks inclusive of but not limited to:
* Receipting
* Maintenance work orders and follow up
* Invoicing
* Typing up Entry and Exit Reports, Leases, Form 6's and other relevant documentation
* General administration
* Tenant Communication via phone and email
* Property inspections
* Data entry and use of Property Me Software
