Our aim is to make our customers and employees experience at Spudshed a welcoming and engaging one.ResponsibilitiesRetail Supervisors responsibilities include but are not limited to:Maintain service standards by developing your team and ensuring correct housekeeping is maintained for cleanliness and safetyDriving team culture in line with Spudshed valuesEnsuring that customers receive prompt service and quality goods and services; responding to customer queries and complaints about goods and servicesPlanning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific dutiesEmployee management (interviewing, hiring, training, evaluation, performance management, dismissing, promoting staff, and resolving staff grievances)Instructing staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales proceduresExamining returned goods and deciding on appropriate actionTaking inventory of goods for sale and ordering current stockEnsuring that goods and services are correctly priced and displayedEnsuring safety and security procedures are enforcedAbout youPrevious experience (1 year or more) in a management/supervisory roleAQF Certificate II or IIIStrong analytical and problem solvingStrong communication skillsSalary range $68,835 - $80,000 dependent on experienceJob type: Full TimeWork location: Australind WA 6233To be successful in this role you must be customer focused and passionate about maintaining an excellent department standard.If this sounds like you, we would like to hear from you!
