Currently we have a full time Senior Physio with a busy caseload looking to reduce his clinical hours. This opportunity is for ideally an immediate start but we are flexible to start between now and mid-Jan 2026. You would be stepping into a busy schedule and not having to build a caseload from scratch which means you have the opportunity to hit bonus targets from the very beginning which is rare when starting a new role.

We are seeking a physiotherapist who:
* Live in or willing to relocate to the beautiful Macedon Ranges and Kyneton region
* Have experience working in a busy private practice and enjoy being in a busy, stimulating clinic environment working alongside a high performing team of 6 other physios and Allied Health Professionals
* Desire personal growth and mentoring from our leadership team - building your marketing skills, sales approach and become a valuable productive member of an energetic team and beautiful region
* May be frustrated about the lack of career progression in your current career and a stifling city environment - are you ready for the easier pace and country lifestyle?

* The Senior physio caseload consists of musculoskeletal physio and health coaching clients and we are looking for a similar replacement with similar experience
* Ideally you have a special area of interest within private practice - we currently have physios with special expertise in gym based rehab, manual therapy, contact sports, remedial massage and cupping and occupational health
The role
● The hours required for this role are anywhere from 28 hours to 38 hours a week for the right applicant (although our ideal applicant is wanting fulltime or close to full time employment)
● You will be replacing an existing fulltime therapist with a busy caseload that you will step straight into and not have to build up
● You will treat a mix of private musculoskeletal clients and we will assist you in building a niched caseload to suit a special area of interest
● Appointment lengths will be customised to your needs (both initial and follow up consultations) and level of experience
● Our preferred candidates will have 5+ years in private practice, and our ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience. This is not a position suitable for new graduate therapists, or therapists who do not feel confident building and sustaining a full caseload
● Your level of experience will determine your salary package, and our existing therapists' salary packages range from a base award salary to upwards of $60+ an hour
● Annual salary will range from $100,000 to $150,000 pro rata including your base salary plus all bonuses and entitlements (based on experience and qualifications)
● Your salary package includes a bonus structure which allows you to take home an extra $20,000-$30,000 per year in performance based bonuses
● You will have access to a PD budget, internal formal and informal clinic mentoring, world class external paid mentors the clinic engages and the clinic hosts 1-2 onsite physiotherapy professional development courses a year
● Our clinical mentor is highly skilled 19+ year experienced private practice physiotherapist who will mentor you on a weekly basis

Pro Physio+ is a family business led by Leki Sisifa an experienced Sports Physio which includes posts with State age group teams, National teams and International travel with Academies and International teams.
We are a purpose built clinic which opened Nov 2024 located in the heart of Kyneton (on Piper St) with established suburbs surrounding us in Woodend, Malmsbury, Tylden and Trentham. Forecast ID projects that between 2024 and 2046, the population for the Macedon Ranges is projected at 25.75% growth - that's a lot of people that need your help
