A banker passionate about building client relationships, delivering the right outcomes—client, financial, and risk—and meeting community expectations.The Senior Business Banking Manager will focus on partnering with clients from various sectors, growing expertise in NAB’s ways of working. This role requires innovative and strategic thinking to ensure success in this evolving sector. You will collaborate with a team of experts across specialized sectors, working within Brisbane and interstate.Central to this role is developing strategy, delivering customer value propositions, segmentation, industry insights, networking, and staying updated on industry policies and the macro environment.In this role, a typical day will include:Developing and executing business development strategies for existing and new customers to meet the Business & Private Bank’s targets.Collaborating with the Complex Lending Solutions and Deal Structuring teams on business lending proposals, analyzing business and industry data, and managing portfolios.Supporting local performance metrics such as customer advocacy, financial results, and employee engagement.To be considered, you should possess:Strong credit analysis and debt structuring capabilities.Broad knowledge of banking products and services, including transactional and e-commerce solutions.Proven collaboration skills across business units for optimal customer outcomes.Ability to provide technical advice on debt products and deal structuring, especially in the childcare sector.Extensive experience in business banking and/or relationship management within a major financial institution.Ability to build your personal and enterprise brand internally and externally.A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyoneWe value our people and foster a culture of equity and respect, where everyone feels valued and authentic.
