Our Production Kitchen preps the fresh ingredients and ready‐to‐go items you'll find in convenience stores, corner delis and supermarkets. We are seeking reliable Kitchen Hands, Sandwich Artists and Catering Assistants to join the Vili's Family.
Rosters
This role will be working Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday 2pm till 10pm with reasonable overtime as required.
What you'll do.
* Assemble & Pack: Build wraps, sandwiches, platters, salad cups to spec; weigh/label/date‐code; present products neatly and consistently for Vili's customers.
* Food Safety & Hygiene: Follow SOPs/HACCP, allergen controls, FIFO and temperature checks; clean‐as‐you‐go and end‐of‐shift cleaning.
* Teamwork & Pace: Work to production plans and deadlines; communicate clearly with Team Leaders and FOH/Dispatch; rotate tasks to support the team.
About you
* Experience in fast‐paced kitchens or food production (canteens, cafés, food trucks or manufacturing) is ideal.
* Comfortable with repetitive tasks and working in chilled environments.
* Attention to detail with recipes, portioning, labelling and presentation.
* Safety‐first mindset (manual handling, knives, hygiene) and dependable time‐keeping.
* Positive, team‐oriented communicator who takes pride in consistent quality.
* Reliability, punctuality and a commitment to quality.
