Executive Officer – Diary role with the Hon Felix Ellis MP, Minister for Business, Industry and Resources, Minister for Skills and Jobs, and Minister for Police, Fire and Emergency Management in the Tasmanian Liberal Government.
We are seeking an organised and skilled individual with previous experience as an executive diary manager, to provide support for the Minister including diary coordination and meeting and information management, travel and administration support.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Minister’s diary and manage meetings and information flow.
- Provide travel and administration support to the Minister and office as required.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and solid communication.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent administrative skills.
- Proficient IT skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Problem-solving ability and effective communication skills.
- Experience as an executive diary manager or in a similar support role.
