We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Accountant to fill a 6-month contract position. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the general ledger, performing variance analysis, and preparing tax returns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the general ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Conduct variance analysis to identify areas for improvement.
* Prepare tax returns in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
* Relevant degree in finance or accounting is required.
* Candidates must possess CPA or CA qualifications.
* Experience in fixed assets and lease accounting, particularly with AASB16, is highly desirable.
