**Roles & Responsibilities**:
An excellent opportunity for experienced and entry-level **Behaviour Support Practitioners **to work in NDIS and comunity setting. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will be responsible to:
- Support adults and children with behaviour support plans
- Helping adults and children achieve their goals by reducing their behaviours of concern and improving their quality of life
- Contributing to the ongoing review of behaviour support systems and the provision of behaviour support in the NDIS context
- Conducting behaviour assessments and developing written behaviour support plans for complex behaviour referrals
- Positive Behaviour Support and care plans
- Working in a collaborative trans-disciplinary team of therapists
- Conduct staff training in individual behaviour support plans and strategies
**About you**:
- Tertiary qulaification in** Allied Health or Applied Behaviour Analysis.**:
- **NDIS registration **is a must
- Working knowledge of positive behaviour support practices, relevant legislation and NSW policy
- **Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills**, with the ability to build rapport
- Commitment to ongoing learning
