Job Description

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering workplace rehabilitation services, including initial needs assessments, workplace assessments, advice on job modifications, and vocational assessments. You will also be involved in medical case conferences, stakeholder liaison, and case management services.

Key Responsibilities

">
* Conduct thorough initial needs assessments to identify client goals and objectives
">
* Develop and implement tailored workplace assessment plans to ensure safe and effective return-to-work strategies
">
* Provide expert advice on job modifications and adjustments to support clients with injuries or disabilities
">
* Conduct vocational assessments to determine client career goals and develop personalized plans for achieving them
">
* Facilitate medical case conferences with clients, healthcare professionals, and employers to discuss treatment plans and progress
">
* Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients, employers, and other healthcare professionals
">
* Manage and coordinate case files to ensure accurate records and timely reporting

Qualifications and Skills

">
* Full registration with relevant professional bodies, such as AHPRA
">
* Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
">
* Self-motivated individual with a proactive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality results
">
* Ability to complete satisfactory background checks, including Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
">
* Current Australian driver's license and vehicle with full comprehensive insurance; willingness to travel to support clients across various regions
">
* Capacity to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey through empathetic and supportive approaches
