Job Summary:

As a seasoned IT professional, we seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Support Technician to lead our technical teams. With a strong background in network design, server administration, and Microsoft 365 services, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time.
\
The successful applicant will be responsible for designing and maintaining network infrastructure, administering Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, Teams, Intune, SharePoint, and Azure AD, configuring and managing firewalls and VPNs, deploying and managing physical and virtual servers, and providing frontline technical support and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and maintain network infrastructure for multiple clients
\
2. Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, Teams, Intune, SharePoint, and Azure AD
\
3. Configure and manage WatchGuard firewalls and VPNs
\
4. Deploy and manage physical and virtual servers
\
5. Support and maintain cloud file systems such as Egnyte and SharePoint
\
6. Provide frontline technical support and mentor junior team members
\
7. Create and maintain technical documentation for client environments
\

Requirements:
\
\
8. Proven experience in IT support and network design
\
9. Strong capability with Microsoft 365 and Azure administration
\
10. WatchGuard or equivalent firewall configuration experience
\
11. Server deployment and maintenance experience
\
12. Confident with documentation, troubleshooting, and client interaction
\
13. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
\
14. MSP background
\
15. Relevant certifications in Microsoft, networking, or security
\
\
