About the Role
Join as a Waitlist Coordinator Reliever and support smooth surgical services. You will manage bookings, maintain accurate data, build efficient workflows, and ensure patients receive timely, safe, and patient-focused care across the unit.
Key duties
* Manage surgical and procedural bookings with accuracy
* Maintain and update waitlist and patient data systems
* Coordinate workflows to meet internal and external benchmarks
* Liaise with clinical teams, patients and external providers
* Support efficient unit operations and patient centred care
About You
You are an organised and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospital environment, delivering accurate, patient-focused administrative support.
* Experience managing surgical bookings and waitlists independently
* Skilled in electronic patient records and Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong communicator with multidisciplinary teams and patients
* Able to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines with accuracy
* Knowledge of elective surgery workflows, policies and procedures
