Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support for Windows 10, 11, and Microsoft Office 365
* Manage IT outages and disruptions, and resolve incidents and requests
* Set up, configure, and deploy new IT hardware
* Create and maintain documentation
* Work closely with the IT Team to improve IT operations
* Effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Requirements
* Technical background in information technology support
* Experience working as part of a service desk team
* High level computer literacy and problem-solving skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to demonstrate initiative and attention to detail
* Adaptability and willingness to learn
