As a Job Coach, you will be expected to use your business development / sales experience to secure your clients employment with local and national employers.
This role will be based in our **_Gold Coast _**office but may require travel within the local area.
Some of your day to day duties will include the following:
- Reverse marketing clients to businesses;
- Cold calling / canvassing the job market to source new opportunities for your clients;
- Networking and building long lasting partnerships within the business community;
- Door to door / face to face prospecting (where necessary);
- Lead generation and subsequent follow up;
- Providing job coaching, guidance and mentoring for a caseload of clients; and
- Reporting and administrative duties.
**YOU WILL HAVE**:
- Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets / KPIs on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basis
- Strong customer service / sales / business development experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong commercial acumen, including negotiation and strategic thinking abilities
- Current driver's license / own vehicle
