About the Role
As a Store Manager, you'll play a leading role in our team to ensure that every customer leaves with the best possible experience.
* Lead & Inspire: Manage a team of 30+ in a dynamic big-box retail environment.
* Drive Performance: Utilise your expertise in P&L management, KPI achievement, and trend forecasting.
* Manage Operations: Oversee stock management and maintain high operational efficiency.
* Elevate Standards: Implement exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising.
* Focus on Customers: Prioritise delivering outstanding customer experiences.
* Build Teams: Mentor and develop talent pipelines to ensure long-term success.

What We Are Looking For
* Store leadership experience within a large-format retailer.
* Ability to lead teams of 30+ members.
* Strong financial acumen, including experience in P&L analysis and forecasting.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A knack for managing high stock volumes effectively.
* A passion for the outdoors and adventure (bonus!)
* First Aid certification or willingness to complete training.
* Full-time availability, including weekends.
* Full working rights in Australia.
