Leading a multidisciplinary team, we seek experienced professionals to provide specialist services and medical support to patients enrolled in our service.
This role involves promoting patient safety and quality of care while providing leadership, orientation, training, supervision, and education to doctors in training and other health workers.
Collaborating with department heads and consultants, the successful candidate will work towards achieving national, state, and organizational performance standards and targets.
* We require a strong background in Geriatrics, including knowledge of relevant clinical practices and procedures.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration and teamwork.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or higher degree in Medicine or a related field.
* Current registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
* Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a leadership or management role.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
