About the opportunity:
Northern Star has fantastic opportunities for experienced Process Technicians across our three major operational sites - Carosue Dam, Jundee and Thunderbox. These positions will require you to be responsible for keeping the Process Plant running safely and efficiently, and are offered on a 8‐6/7‐7 roster, FIFO ex Perth & select rosters from Busselton.
Here's what awaits you...
* Ensuring the effective recovery of gold from ore processed whilst minimising costs
* Monitoring the process with sampling procedures to ensure targeted metallurgical recoveries are being met
* Undertaking hazard analysis, ensuring all accidents and incidents are reported
* Identifying/reporting maintenance requirements for plant and equipment through the undertaking of workplace inspections
* Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping, cleanliness, and tidiness around the plant
To thrive in this role, you'll need...
Experience: Minimum 2 yrs experience working in a gold processing plant, high regard towards safety & attention to detail.
Qualifications: Australian C Class Driver's License
