Key Responsibilities:
* Drive operational compliance and growth of restaurants.
* Assist with customer base, restaurant sales, and profitability growth.
* Manage new restaurant openings.
* Provide leadership, training, coaching, and development of Franchise Partners and their teams.
* Continuously review, monitor, and improve operations, ensuring consistency and a customer-first culture.
* Build network capabilities by ensuring restaurants are set up for success through reporting, analysis, and implementing processes and procedures in line with standards.
* Cultivate relationships within the network to ensure a culture of transparency and cohesiveness.
Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Familiarity with food safety and workplace health standards applicable to hospitality environments.
* Multi-site management experience in QSR or hospitality is highly desirable.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
* Ability to build credible relationships at all levels.
* Commercially aware, calm under pressure, and objective.
* High accuracy and attention to detail.
