Job Overview
* This role involves working closely with customers, distributors, and our sales team to provide guidance on the correct selection and use of INOX products.
As a Technical Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities
* Providing technical expertise to customers and distributors on INOX products, including troubleshooting issues and ensuring they get the right solution for their application.
* Delivering product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations to both technical and commercial audiences.
* Staying up to date with INOX product range and industry trends to support customer solutions.
* Supporting the sales team during customer visits, tenders, and proposals by providing technical guidance.
* Assessing customer applications on-site to ensure optimal product performance.
* Collecting and sharing customer insights with Sales, R&D, and Product Management to drive product improvements.
* Identifying opportunities to grow sales through effective technical guidance and relationship building.
Product Information & Documentation
* Assisting in updating technical data sheets, safety data sheets, and other product documentation.
* Preparing cross-reference guides and technical comparisons with competitor products.
* Ensuring documentation meets internal and industry standards.
Skills & Experience
* Hands-on experience with industrial lubricants, greases, or specialty solutions in automotive, industrial, food, or marine applications.
* A strong understanding of lubrication principles, mechanical systems, and corrosion prevention.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and commercial awareness.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and sales engagement.
* Able to work collaboratively with Sales, R&D, Quality, and Operations teams.
* Proficient with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
