About the Role As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations while leading by example on the floor. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role requiring flexibility and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities Assist in supervising and coordinating the housekeeping team Lead shifts and step into leadership responsibilities when required Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet brand and quality standards Support training and development of team members Conduct room inspections and ensure attention to detail Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth operations What We’re Looking For Previous housekeeping experience (supervisory experience highly regarded) Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team Flexible availability across a 7-day rotating roster Willingness to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays Positive attitude with a hands-on approach Why Join Us?
