Project Coordinator Role
This role is focused on driving sustainable growth and ensuring compliance across various aspects of maintenance operations. You will lead project management of training needs analysis, drive financial performance, safety standards, and customer service excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide key support for all AMO Training requirements, assessments, communications, and dissemination.
* Coordinate the control of processes and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance with CASA MOE, WHS legislations, and Company Standards.
* Support the analysis and timely compilation of TNA requirements and present them to maintenance management.
* Align with stakeholders and management to benchmark training standards and support strategic planning.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects related to reviewing, planning, and maintaining AMO training needs, as well as coordinating the delivery of training. You will work closely with the team to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
