Key Account Manager
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the management and growth of a portfolio of clients, providing expert guidance on risk management and insurance broking services.
* You will work closely with senior brokers to develop and maintain strong relationships with insurers, clients, and other key stakeholders.
* Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and exceptional client service.
* As a seasoned professional, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients at all levels.
* You will also be responsible for managing workflow and diary systems to ensure timely settlement of claims, maintaining comprehensive client data on our systems, and responding to client claims enquiries.

* A team player with a collaborative approach, able to demonstrate credibility and gain trust with clients and colleagues alike.
* Proficient in all MS Office products, with experience in using database management systems and CRM software.
