Overview
Our client is seeking a dedicated, motivated Administration and Customer Service Assistant to support the day to day operations of a busy office. This is a casual role with the potential to become permanent after initial placement and training is complete.
Employment Details
Location: Raymond Terrace
Hours: 2-3 days per week, with flexibility to work full time over annual leave periods
Pay: $37.13 per hour inclusive of casual loading
Commencing: ASAP
Key Duties And Responsibilities
* Provide quality administration support to the business
* Provide professional customer service
* Monthly Client Waste & Recycling Reports
* Finalising end of day daily drivers runs for Integrated Services
* Mine Site waste contracts administration, ensuring purchase orders are invoiced correctly & on time
* General clerical and data entry skills a must
* Comply with all applicable health, safety and environmental laws, regulations and statutory obligations at all times
* Be alert for potential hazardous situations and report any hazardous situations in a timely manner
