You will join a small Federal Government program with a significant technology uplift underway. The environment is mature, structured, and delivery‑focused. You will work with multiple delivery streams operating across shared Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments.
Your new role
Design environment strategy across Development, Test, UAT, and Production
Set solution structure, managed layers, and component ownership
Build automated deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps
Create branching and source control processes that support parallel work
Improve release management across BAU and project teams
Reduce solution conflicts and regression issues
Set standards for naming, versioning, and deployment controls
Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to internal teams
What you'll need to succeed
Strong experience designing enterprise-level ALM strategies for D365 and Power Platform.
History of supporting multiple concurrent delivery streams without production disruption.
Deep experience with automated ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and controlled deployments across environment tiers.
Ability to embed governance models that support delivery velocity while maintaining platform integrity.
Experience guiding teams and transferring knowledge.
Understanding of secure pipeline design, identity integration, and enterprise-grade platform operation.
