**About our Opportunity**
As we strive to provide an exceptional customer experience, customer service must be at the forefront of every interaction as you navigate interactions between customers and field teams, providing a clear flow of information to enable jobs to be scheduled in a timely and efficient manner. At times you will need to manage difficult conversations and troubleshoot solutions with respect to warranty issues and timings in order to meet the requirements of our customers.
In addition, you'll work as part of a team to:
- Coordinate technician appointment dates in line with production dates and customer needs
- work in partnership with customers, installers, glazers and internal personnel for any order related matters by providing support and resolving issues as they arise
- prepare and process documentation and related administration.

Your previous customer service and/or administration experience combined with your excellent communication and organisation skills will help ensure your success in this rewarding role. You must be/have:
- committed to providing an excellent customer experience
- highly organised, able to multi-task and prioritise
- enthusiasm to work in a rapidly changing & challenging manufacturing environment
- competency in MS Suite and the ability to quickly gain competency in new systems
- excellent attention to detail
- able to develop and maintain good customer relationships.
