Food and Beverage Attendant Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to provide exceptional customer service, take orders behind the bar, serve alcohol responsibly, deliver food and drinks, maintain cleanliness, and sell arcade cards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service and exceed customer expectations!
* Serve beverages with precision and mix cocktails/pour pints with finesse.
* Deliver food and drinks with a smile and welcoming presence.
* Maintain a clean and tidy environment.
* Sell arcade cards and offer customers the best deal on redemption tickets.
* Manage inventory levels for arcade and redemption stores.
Requirements:
* Demonstrate high energy levels and a positive attitude.
* Possess valid RSA certification.
* Previous experience in an arcade or bowling setting is highly desirable.
