This is a full‐time position that will provide you with hands‐on training and the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment.
What you'll be doing
* Assisting experienced technicians with vehicle maintenance, servicing and repairs
* Gaining practical experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle issues
* Learning how to use specialised tools and equipment to complete a range of automotive tasks
* Participating in theoretical and practical training to develop your automotive expertise
* Ensuring a safe and organized work environment by following established procedures and policies
What we're looking for
* Must have a \"Manual\" driver's licence.
* A passion for the automotive industry and a keen interest in learning new skills
* Good hand‐eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
* Strong problem‐solving and analytical thinking abilities
* Commitment to completing an apprenticeship programme and obtaining a nationally recognised qualification
* A positive, team‐oriented attitude and a willingness to learn
* Must have valid work eligibility in Australia, including all valid work visas
