We are seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler proficient in Microsoft Project to join a leading engineering company dedicated to developing innovative solutions and products with a positive environmental impact. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project, including milestones and deliverables.
* Create and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to define project scope and tasks.
* Define task dependencies, estimate durations, and allocate resources effectively.
* Monitor project progress, track deviations, and identify critical path activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in project scheduling or related project management roles, preferably within engineering or manufacturing sectors.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project (desktop and cloud versions), including resource leveling, critical path analysis, and earned value management.
* Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and presenting complex data clearly.
* High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
* Relevant qualifications include a Diploma of Project Management, or a degree in project management, business, engineering, or related fields.
