Dynamix Fabrication is expanding and we're looking for experienced Sheet Metal Workers to join our production team.
We have positions available for:
* CNC Press Brake Operators
* CNC Laser Operators
* CNC Turret Punch Operators
* MIG / TIG / Laser Welders

About the Workshop
We're a modern fabrication facility supporting Select Switchboards and Custom Works Boat Manufacturing, along with external commercial projects.
Our workshop runs CNC press brakes, turret punch, laser cutting, and welding stations across steel and aluminium work. Most of our jobs require accuracy, consistency, and the ability to read drawings properly.
This is steady, ongoing work — not short-term shutdown work.
What You'll Be Doing
Depending on your role, you'll be:
* Setting up and operating CNC press brakes
* Running CNC laser cutting equipment
* Operating turret punch machines
* Performing MIG, TIG, and laser welding
* Reading and working from detailed fabrication drawings
* Checking your own work to ensure it meets tolerance
* Working as part of a structured production team
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a sheet metal or fabrication workshop
* Confidence operating CNC machinery (for operator roles)
* Welding experience across steel and aluminium (for welding roles)
* Ability to read and understand workshop drawings
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual, and safety focused
* Trade qualification preferred but not essential for experienced operators
* Australian resident or valid working visa
Forklift or High Risk licence is an advantage.
